Full-Time Endocrinologist Opportunity in Mattoon, IL

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal, and pituitary disorders Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to adult patients in both outpatient and limited inpatient settings Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and coordination of care Interpret diagnostic tests including lab work, bone density studies, thyroid ultrasounds, and continuous glucose monitoring Provide patient education and counseling related to lifestyle modifications, medications, and chronic disease management Participate in quality improvement and educational activities within the organization

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Eligible for medical licensure in State Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
