Non-profit regional hospital is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine residency trained physician to replace positions vacated as long-term physicians step into administrative roles. Work closely with a talented group of physicians, advanced practice providers and staff.
Highlights:- Hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
- Join 10 employed EM residency trained and EM board certified physicians, some double-boarded
- 4 APPs also help in the department
- All day and evening shifts; no overnights
- Full time is 15 ten-hour shifts per month
- 42,000 visits annually
- Average under 2 patients per hour per physician
- 30+ room department recently renovated and optimized
- Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
- Adult and pediatric hospitalists do their own admissions
- Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts
Compensation/Benefits:
- $460k annual salary
- $75k sign-on bonus
- $100k retention bonus
- $6k CME annually
- $15k Relocation assistance
