• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions
• Support data and report delivery requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects
• Assure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, reporting project status and enabling vendor solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to analyze data to identify business problems, trends, or opportunities for improvement
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
