• Consult with prospective advisors to understand their unique business structures and devise effective transition strategies
• Provide in-depth training on LPL technology to prepare advisors and their staff for successful operations
• Offer repapering support to aid new advisors in transitioning their books of business to LPL
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors throughout the transition process, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Discuss advisors' technology needs and provide additional training on proprietary and third-party tools

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or a client-facing role
• Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time
• Strong listening skills focused on understanding each advisor’s unique needs
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, leadership, and internal recruiters
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce

• 1+ year of training, business consulting, or practice management expertise in the investment services space
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Series 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses
• Previous travel experience
• Adaptability and quick learning abilities with limited training
