Overview

1. POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The basic functions of the Delivery Driver are to:

  • Deliver materials from warehouse to jobsite.
  • Pick up materials from vendors and deliver to jobsite/prefab/warehouse.
  • Assist with loading the truck.
  • Help care for company property (i.e. trucks, tools, equipment).
  • Complete company paperwork on a daily basis.
    • Qualifications
  • Two of more years of driving a non-CDL commercial motor vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to meet DOT driver qualifications and pass DOT physical
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
