What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of our service team, you will:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence and precision
- Deliver top-tier customer experiences with clear communication and honest recommendations
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance
- Educate homeowners on system options, upgrades, and energy-saving solutions
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
- Follow safety standards and local code requirements
- Represent MTB Mechanical with professionalism, integrity, and pride
You’re not just fixing equipment — you’re building trust.
What You Bring to the Table- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-player mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
