• Start time: 6:45 AM
• Monday–Friday (weekends off)

• Diagnose & repair irrigation systems, ensuring customers’ lawns run perfectly
• Install new systems with precision and care
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, upgrades, and tips
• Use mobile tools to stay organized and keep customers updated
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Upsell repairs & improvements when it makes sense (and makes customers happy)

• Irrigation experience preferred but we will train the right candidate
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive, self-motivated approach - you see what needs to be done and do it
• Professional references
• Tech-savvy – We use mobile apps daily; yes, your phone skills actually matter here.
• Able to lift 50 lbs & work outdoors – Rain, shine, or rogue sprinkler spray, you handle it.
• Backflow certification a plus – We can help you obtain this.
