• Maintain salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieve sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback.
• Complete company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses.
• Maintain the stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received; fulfill banking requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability (including nights and weekends).

Compensation: $10.50–$15.00+ per hour (base + up to 12% commission).
