Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, and ensures exceptional guest service. This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency. Assignments can include Bartending, Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering, Meal Preparation, and Utility.

This position offers valuable experience with flexible weekend hours, and no late nights. It’s an excellent chance to develop your skills and set the stage for future success.

• Compensation: starting at $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
