CHARLOTTE, NC - Onsite Nurse Assessor RN Per Assessment

Apply for the CHARLOTTE, NC 28105 – Onsite Nurse Assessor (1099 Contract) – $125 per Assessment at The Helper Bees. This 1099 contract position is a great opportunity to earn supplemental income while helping older adults stay independent.

We partner with insurance carriers and health plans to provide quality care and the right tools to keep older adults healthy and at home longer.

• Complete in‑depth cognitive and functional assessments with clients in their homes.
• Complete structured assessments, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report the current status of each individual objectively.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients or their point of contact using the provided information.
• Submit an assessment within 24 hours through an online application.
• Respond to any clarification requests from our review team within 48 hours; an assessment is not complete until all clarifications are answered.
• Receive payment of $125 per assessment within a 35‑mile radius upon completion.
• Maintain a portable computer (Windows) or tablet with camera for submission.

• 5+ years of RN experience, familiar with medications and conditions common in the geriatric population (current license required).
• Previous quality assurance or chart audit/review experience.
• A friendly, compassionate, dedicated, and patient personality.
• Prompt and thoughtful communication.
• Quick learner of technology and proficiency with computers.
• Reliable internet for submitting assessments.
• Ability to travel within a 35‑mile radius of Charlotte, NC.
