Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FNP preferred

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinical
  
  Works)

• Experience in utilization review and case management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
