A leading construction materials company in Matthews, North Carolina is seeking a Pit Loader Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a pit loader safely and efficiently, maintaining the quality of product stockpiles, and ensuring site safety. The ideal applicant will possess a High School Diploma or GED, have experience in mobile equipment maintenance, and ideally six months of experience operating front-end loaders.

This position offers the opportunity to promote safety and leadership on site.
