Your Role:
Assistant General Manager

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Matthews, NC location. Partnering with the General Manager, you’ll lead operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
  • Serv Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving results.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6 hours.
