Creative Vision

• Serve as a leader in the creative process, ensuring projects move from concept to completion with clarity, excellence, and alignment with the church's vision.
• Champion the creative vision, translating ministry needs into actionable production plans that engage people and advance the mission.
• Operates as a collaborative member of our creative team, pushing the craft of what we do higher and further.
• Ensure every project tells a clear, compelling story that aligns with the heart of Elevation Church.
• Keep the “why” at the forefront — helping the team see each project as a way to serve people and glorify God.
• Capture and craft content that helps families pursue God together.
• Approach every project as a ministry opportunity, not just a creative assignment.

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of video projects — maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for weekend experiences, ministry campaigns, digital and social content, and special events, ensuring that every piece aligns with brand, vision, and quality standards.
• Keep production processes organized so they are efficient for our staff and effective for our audiences.
• Partner with ministry leaders, communicators, project managers, and other creatives across teams to bring ideas to life through video.
• Bring out the best in our creative team through clear direction, encouragement, and accountability.
• Foster an environment where creativity thrives, feedback is constructive, and team members feel valued and equipped.

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Proven experience producing, shooting, and editing video content from concept through delivery.
• Strong proficiency in camera operation, lighting, audio, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to lead cross-functional teams with clarity and grace.
• Creative problem solver who stays calm under pressure and finds solutions quickly.

• Experience working in a ministry setting
• Experience leading video teams or mentoring other creatives.
• Familiarity with large-scale production environments (live events, broadcast, or digital storytelling).
• Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, or advanced post-production workflows.
• Passion for creative ministry and developing others in their craft.

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment
  . Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend
  - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun
