• Support and oversee the technical execution of all broadcast location production events.
• Train production staff to effectively operate live production technologies during worship experiences.
• Lead the broadcast tech team in managing and maintaining all equipment for local and remote broadcasts.
• Facilitate service, maintenance, and upgrades of live production gear.
• Collaborate with the Live Production Department to identify opportunities for greater impact.
• Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events as needed.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AVL gear troubleshooting.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Experience in a non-profit or ministry environment.
• Ministry training or education.

• Work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, with in-office hours Monday-Thursday (8:30AM - 5PM). Sundays are dedicated to supporting the weekend worship experience or serving at one of our campuses.
