Project Manager​/Estimator

Overview

We re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial concrete, building, and restoration projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project execution, and field coordination to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for concrete, restoration, and commercial construction projects
• Manage projects from bid award through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material procurement, and equipment
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

• Experience in commercial construction, concrete, or restoration project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills
