- 5+ years of hands‑on automotive repair experience
- ASE Certification & NC Inspection License (preferred, but not required)
- Strong problem‑solving skills & mechanical expertise
- Customer‑focused mindset & team player attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & personal tools
- Diagnose & repair a variety of vehicle systems, including:
- Brakes & hydraulics
- Exhaust systems
- Fuel & ignition systems
- Electrical & computer diagnostics
- Suspension & alignment
- Air conditioning & HVAC
- Clearly explain repairs to service advisors & customers
- Maintain high‑quality workmanship & a customer‑first mindset

- Automotive diagnostics: 2 years (Preferred)
- Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)
