Join CJ Logistics America as a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem‑solving, training, and improving processes.

• Supervise & coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Train & mentor employees with hands‑on coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Ensure accuracy & efficiency by conducting audits, monitoring warehouse procedures, and assisting in process improvements.
• Assist in scheduling & planning, working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and upholding company policies.
• Support warehouse operations, stepping in as needed to lead shifts and maintain smooth day‑to‑day functionality.

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving with a process‑improvement mindset.

• Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training.
• Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
• Hands‑on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication.

• Pay Range: $24.96/hour + $0.75 shift differential.
