Overview

Do you want to provide vital water safety and fitness skills to individuals with special needs? Many people with developmental disabilities are drawn to water but lack the safety awareness needed in dangerous situations. As a Special Needs Swim Instructor, you will provide essential adaptive swim instruction that supports them physically, psychosocially, and cognitively, ensuring lifelong access to water safety, recreation, and fitness.

CELTS Inclusion Aquatics, a division of CELTS Aquatics Group, is seeking a part-time Special Needs Swim Instructor to lead our adaptive swim lesson program for children and young adults with special needs. This role involves developing swim skills, improving sensory processing, and enhancing focus.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be 17 years of age or older.
  • Must have mastered basic swim strokes.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.
Pay and Hours
  • Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, commensurate with qualifications.
  • Schedule:

    8–12 hours per week, primarily working evenings and weekends.
