Operations Manager
The Plant Engineering Manager oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper functionality and efficiency. This position is responsible for researching and developing new designs and projects to improve manufacturing processes, proposing budgets for projects, and overseeing all the activities related to each project.
Additional Information:- 5% Travel
- M-F 8-4:30 with coverage for 24/7 site, including adjusting schedule as needed to see night shift.
- This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
