The Role

As an Adult Social Worker, you will focus on strong social work practice, including:

Completing Care Act assessments

Supporting individuals in community settings, residential care, and supported living

Undertaking safeguarding enquiries where required

Working collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies
