Business Support Executives to join our dynamic team.
You will be an integral part of our expansion, providing essential administrative support to our team of expert dental consultants/valuers. Your role will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our growing business. Whether you're organizing client meetings, maintaining vital records, assisting with day-to-day office operations or involved in our specialised client projects, your contributions will directly impact the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings with clients and prospective buyers.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations related to the buying, selling, and valuing of dental practices.
- Maintain and organize our onboarding process for new buyer registrations and all client files, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with industry standards.
- Handle client and buyer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist with data entry, updating records, and maintaining our client database.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of client projects and daily operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in managing records and files.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM management.
- Ability to work independently under own initiative, as well as part of a close team.
- Previous administrative or office support experience in a dental agency, an estate agency or business consultancy environment is desirable but not essential
(full training will be provided).
