Role Description
As a full-time Consultant Pathologist at Metropolis Healthcare in Mathura, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate diagnosis and high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include analyzing lab reports, overseeing laboratory operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for offering expert guidance on diagnostic test results, supporting clinical interpretations, and maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and ensuring timely reporting of results will be integral to this on-site role.
Qualifications
Expertise in diagnostic techniques, sample analysis, and pathology reporting
Strong understanding of laboratory quality assurance protocols, including NABL and CAP standards
Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate with healthcare professionals
Knowledge of clinical and preventive health services aligned with patient care
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to pathology
Relevant professional degree (e.g., MD, DNB in Pathology or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in operating laboratory instruments are preferred
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in pathology and diagnostics
