The IT Solutions Services, deliver the entire spectrum of the software application from inception to deployment by providing cross-platform skills and knowledge to execute all phases of system development life cycle.

The project is looking for a candidate with a strong desire to improve processes through automation. The candidate should be able to analyze the Sales Force requirements of internal departments and come up with solutions to meet the needs of the business.

• Bachelor's degree in computer related field or at least 2 to 3 years equivalent experience
• Experience with developing for Salesforce
• Experience with developing for SharePoint or similar platform
• Able to write code to interact with a database such as MySQL and MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of Windows OS and UNIX/Linux/Solaris
• Ability to read and understand code written by other engineers
• Good documentation habits. Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated, able to learn and research new systems and resolutions to technical issues independently

• Work with internal departments to improve inefficiencies through automation (scripting, improved process, new systems)
• Recognize / understand code developed by others to assist in updating and adding new enhancements
• Evaluate internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
• Work with internal groups to evaluate new systems or to better utilize existing ones.
• Work with 3rd-party vendors to implement new systems and product features.
• Document internal processes and assist internal departments with their documentation
• Document all written code to ensure other developers / automation engineers can assist on code changes.
• Manage timelines and communicate details regarding projects you are working on
• Create scripts, websites or app/tools/utilities to achieve improvements
• Support and improve company usage of cloud based and on premise technologies including but not limited to Salesforce and MS Share Point
