PIXCEL () develops novel semiconductor-based photonic modules aimed at sensing and imaging applications.
What you'll do:- You will be responsible for driving market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for PIXCEL’s silicon-photonics modules. You will:
- Identify new markets and applications for PIXCEL’s novel imaging and sensing technology, including medical, dental, health monitoring, and industrial segments.
- Drive business development, from lead generation to closing, managing relationships with customers and partners.
- Serve as the bridge between R&D, engineering, and external customers, providing technical guidance on market requirements.
- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies. Conduct strategic market research, including analyzing competing technologies, identifying market trends, and evaluating the regulatory landscapes.
- You will be part of a multi-disciplinary startup team, including highly innovative engineers and experienced entrepreneurs.
- You will work closely with PIXCEL’s silicon photonics development leads.
- You will collaborate with customers on tailoring products to specific applications.
- You have a strategic mindset and relish the opportunity to help build a great company.
- Your technical expertise helps you identify new possibilities for innovative technology.
- Your strong analytical skills allow you to translate complex technical specifications into value propositions for customers.
- You are proactive in learning new technologies and adapting to industry changes.
- You enjoy making connections and building strong relationships with customers.
- You can work independently, but you value a friendly, team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
- Your great interpersonal and communication skills allow effortless collaboration both inside and outside the organization.
- B.S. in engineering or another technical field. M.B.A preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device or Med Tech industry.
- Technical understanding of optical imaging systems, spectrometers, laser systems, and related photonic technology.
- Industry knowledge in Med Tech, Biotech, or industrial sensing.
$185 - $285 a year
