Responsibilities- Painting as directed
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Floor care including, but not limited to, stripping and waxing
- Oversee and operate low pressure boilers
Salary per collective bargaining agreement, range $41,043 - $44,818 depending upon experience plus Black Seal stipend, $1,500.
Health benefits offered including full family medical, prescription, dental, and employee-only optical insurance.
