Class A CDL Regional Driver - CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, to join our Mid East regional operation. Candidates will train OTR with a trainer (for drivers with under six months’ experience) and subsequently operate 53' dry van trailers on regional routes. Drivers must operate in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport and deliver 53' dry van freight across the Mid East regional lane.
• Complete deliveries in a 100% no-touch freight environment.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and complete required transport documentation in a timely manner.

• Running lane:
  Mid East regional area.
• Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van.
• Training: OTR with a trainer for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under six months’ experience.
• Typical home time:
  Bi-weekly (typically out approximately 12 days, home 2 days).
• Driver must be willing to operate during daytime and nighttime hours as required.
• Average miles: 1,800+ miles per week.

• Estimated weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400.
• Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks (if under six months’ experience).
• Pay per mile: $0.56 (0–6 months) to $0.60 per mile, depending on experience.
• Stop pay: $15 per stop.
• Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile (monthly) for meeting safety and fuel-efficiency criteria.
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.
• Minimum age: 21 years; valid Class A CDL required.
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
• Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
• All criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment.
• Solid work history over the past 10 years with no major gaps in employment (e.g., candidates should generally demonstrate at least six months employment in the last year and one year in the last three years).
• Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
