Mast Trucking is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to help us move refrigerated freight efficiently and profitably. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role where your ability to think fast, negotiate honestly, and solve problems will determine your success.

What You’ll Do:

Find and book quality freight that aligns with company goals

Negotiate rates and contracts like a sharp shooter, securing the best possible deals

Work closely with load planners and driver managers to support smooth operations

Utilize Optimal Dynamics software and other industry tools to make data-driven decisions

Keep up with fast-changing freight markets and adjust strategies accordingly

Solve problems quickly when things don’t go as planned—because in trucking, they won’t

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field).

1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-changing environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn logistics software.
