Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2044) role  Starting Hourly Rate is $15.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $15.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hour. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests to meet their needs in a welcoming way and solve their specific questions.
• Thank guests and communicate appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and post promotional signs for GM areas as directed by leadership.
• Operate power equipment if certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashiering and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
