Trailer Technician

4-Day Work Week Monday - Thursday Day Shift 5:00am-3:30pm!

The Welder Fabricator 1 will utilize metal inert gas (MIG) while welding steel and aluminum. This role will weld and assemble metal pieces and products by using handheld welding equipment. The role will set up parts for welding, use hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.

• Perform MIG & TIG welding on products.
• Perform cosmetic welding on products.
• Must be able to meet daily productivity and output goals.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications, work orders and/or prints.
• Repair product and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience required.
• Experience building trailers preferred.
