Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job SummaryThe Production Associate plays a vital role in supporting our production operations by operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. This position is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills who thrives in a hands‑on, team‑oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment and tools
- Follow detailed instructions for assembly and fabrication
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members on the production line
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas as needed
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing production needs
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Differential pay available
