Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with supervisors and employees on recruiting, employee relations, attendance, training, and compliance.

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and workplace concerns
• Support hourly recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and new‑hire documentation
• Monitor attendance, issue corrective actions, and support leave administration (FMLA/medical/LOA)
• Assist with employee relations investigations and performance documentation
• Maintain HRIS accuracy, personnel files, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Support plant training, safety programs, workers’ compensation, and return‑to‑work
• Track KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, staffing) and provide reporting to leadership

• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or high‑volume environments
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on the plant floor and interact with a diverse workforce
