Job Title: Controller
Location: Massillon, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site)
Salary: $120,000–$125,000

Key Responsibilities (Controller):

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting

• Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to manufacturing performance

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, including helping team members adapt to new processes and technology

Qualifications (Controller):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive change, especially in organizations with long-tenured staff
