Job Title: Controller

Location: Massillon, Ohio

Schedule: Monday–Friday (On‑Site)

Salary: $120,000–$125,000

• Lead the accounting and finance function for a well‑established manufacturing company with decades of operational success
• Take a hands‑on leadership role driving financial strategy, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the plant
• Own the implementation of a new ERP system, guiding the team confidently through change
• Be part of a supportive, team‑oriented culture that values integrity, collaboration, and long‑term growth

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to manufacturing performance
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, including helping team members adapt to new processes and technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive change, especially in organizations with long‑tenured staff
