Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Warranty Clerk / BDC Representative to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Work week will be Tuesday - Saturday. Pay will include bonuses.

• Processing and submitting service warranty claims accurately and on time
• Following up on warranty payments and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting the Service and Parts departments with documentation and reporting
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for service scheduling
• Confirming appointments and providing excellent customer communication
• Supporting BDC and service operations as needed

• Prior automotive dealership experience preferred (service or warranty experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable on the phone with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills; dealership software experience is a plus
