Summer internship program is a 12‑week program that is expected to begin with orientation on May 18, 2026, and conclude on August 7, 2026. All internships are paid opportunities.

This internship is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Job Description Summary

The Data Analytics Intern will support the Resource Management team by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting that help drive operational decision‑making. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The intern will work both independently and as part of cross‑functional teams, contributing to ongoing projects and completing a final deliverable at the end of the internship.

  • Perform data analysis and create clear, accurate reports to support resource planning and operational decisions.
  • Conduct basic forecasting and trend analysis to identify patterns and assist with future capacity planning.
  • Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, including utilization, efficiency, and cost variance.
  • Participate in both individual and team‑based project work to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a 4‑year degree program at an accredited college or university, pursuing a major in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
  • 18 years of age and Junior status by the start of the internship program.
  • Work Authorization:
    Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
