The summer internship program is a 12-week program that begins with orientation on May 18, 2026 and concludes on August 7, 2026. All internships are paid opportunities.

The Employee Education and Training Intern will support the development and delivery of on-the-floor training for Operations team members. This hands‑on role works closely with Operations, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) to help improve training materials, standard operating procedures, and employee learning experiences across the facility.
- Develop and maintain on-the-floor training materials, including SOPs, job aids, and visual guides.
- Observe production processes to ensure training content reflects real workflows.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify training needs and improve learning experiences.
- Integrate EHS safety requirements and FSQA food safety standards into training materials.
- Contribute to cross‑functional meetings and assist with training and development projects.
- Assist with assessments and competency checks to measure training effectiveness.
- Gather and organize feedback to improve content.
- Help track and document training completion and employee development.
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a 4‑year degree at an accredited college or university in the following majors:
Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management. - 18 years of age and Junior status by start of the internship program.
- Work Authorization:
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive between plants.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
