• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, setting a leading example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
• Maintain food management, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing.

• Perform arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate hand movements for rapid, accurate handling of items.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering product, and performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or higher in some areas.
• Fume exposure from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
• Adverse terrain and walking on uneven surfaces.

• Standing for most tasks, walking on ceramic tile/brick with linoleum in food areas.
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle, and vehicle to customers.
• Paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) using hand trucks.
• Carrying items up to 30 lbs (e.g., pizza sauce) and carrying trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs per tray).
• Pushing trays on dollies.
