Position: RN Supervisor (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Location: Massapequa, New York
Shift: Part-Time
Salary: $55 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
. This part-time role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff and ensuring exceptional resident care.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations
• Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits
• Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain a safe and high-quality care environment

• Active RN License in the State of New York
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
