Associate Attorney – Employment & Civil Litigation (Perfect for New Grads!)

Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

We’re a boutique civil litigation firm based on Long Island, focusingmainly on employment law and personal injury cases. Our team handles cases throughout New York State in both federal and state courts.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate new attorneywho’sready to jump right in and learn the practice of law from the ground up. Whether you’reawaiting your bar results or newly admitted, this isa great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow quickly in a supportive environment.

You’llbe exposed to every stage of litigation, from client intake and discovery through trial preparation.

• Work directly with clients and conduct intakes
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery demands, and discovery responses
• Prepare and oppose motions
• Appear in federal andstatecourts for conferences and hearings
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and staff on active cases

• A newly admitted attorney (awaiting bar results welcome)
• Someone with a strong interest in employment and civil litigation
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample encouraged)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment
• A good communicator with a professional and positive attitude
