The RMR Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable applications. This role is designed for a developer who pairs "end-to-end" hands‑on experience with a passion for AI-augmented engineering. Solid experience with multi-layered web application development is required.

The ideal candidate doesn't just write code; they leverage AI development tools to accelerate the SDLC—from architectural prototyping to automated testing—while collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the real estate industry.

• Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain full‑stack applications using Clean Architecture and modern engineering practices (TDD, SOLID).
• AI-Augmented Engineering: Proactively use AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate coding, refactor legacy logic, and automate documentation.
• Cloud‑Native Design: Participate in architectural design sessions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for the Azure ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Backend Expertise: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, Python, and modern frameworks.
• Frontend Expertise:
  Strong experience with modern frameworks (specifically React or Blazor), Type Script, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops tooling.
• Advanced comfort using AI coding assistants to drive efficiency—experience in "prompt engineering" for code generation and debugging is highly valued.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical business users.
• Real estate industry experience a plus.

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 per year. RMR considers several components including an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.
