Pay starts at $23.12/hour, up to $26.86/hour with higher education/experience. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is provided.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑3:30 pm.

Location:

Rutland, MA.

• Ensure safety and stability of the school environment by providing direct support and coaching to students in crisis.
• Provide in‑vivo training and real‑time feedback to staff on proper de‑escalation strategies and effective use of PBIS.
• Model positive relationships with students by facilitating and participating in activities.
• Supervise Direct Care Staff, facilitate monthly trainings, complete observation documentation, and collaborate with other departments.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co‑occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or in a school setting.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm, in Rutland, MA.
