Done Right Chimney is seeking a dependable, hard-working Laborer/Field Assistant to support our field operations team. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and potential for long-term advancement in chimney inspection, masonry, and stove installation.

• Assist chimney technicians with job site setup and cleanup.
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Transport supplies to rooftops and designated work areas.
• Help with chimney sweeping prep, liner staging, and basic installations.
• Keep trucks and the shop organized and clean.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the lead technician.
• Climb ladders and access rooftops as part of daily duties.

• Physically fit with ability to lift 80+ lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in elevated areas.
• Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required.
