Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Plumbing Technician / Foreman to run crews and manage field operations on commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing projects throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, crew productivity, and well-organized job sites.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Install and oversee domestic water, sanitary, storm, hydronic, and gas piping system.
  • Perform layout work, plan manpower, and manage daily field operations to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate material ordering and maintain onsite inventory to ensure crews remain productive without downtime.
  • Read, interpret, and build work based on drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts and New Hampshire plumbing codes and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, general contractors, homeowners, and other trades.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee apprentices and journeymen.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
  • Medical gas and hospital-type work is a plus, but not required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or residential plumbing.
  • Proven experience as a lead technician or foreman.
  • Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
  • Willingness to obtain a New Hampshire Journeyman License
    .
  • Medical gas or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to MA/NH job sites.
