This is a full-time hybrid role for Pool Technicians 1, 2 & 3, based in South Easton, MA. Responsibilities include performing pool maintenance, conducting inspections, diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, ensuring water quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. Technicians will assist with pool openings, closings, and ongoing maintenance tasks, while adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Additionally, team members will collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
We have multiple locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
- Proficiency in performing routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and equipment inspections
- Technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Knowledge of pool safety standards, operational procedures, and water chemistry
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in pool maintenance, repair, or related fields is preferred
- Certifications in pool maintenance or operations (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator) are a plus
