Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Coating Installer located in Worcester, MA. The role involves the preparation, installation, and finishing of concrete coatings, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include surface preparation, mixing and applying coatings, and operating related tools and equipment. Physical work, attention to detail, and collaboration with a small team are key components of the role.
Qualifications- Experience working with Epoxy or Similar Coatings
- Ability to operate Heavy Equipment such as grinders
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Rutland, MA
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and use of tools
- Previous experience with coatings or flooring is a plus
