Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled, licensed Systems Technician or Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of security and fire alarm systems. We value individuals who are proactive problem-solvers, detail-oriented, and effective team players.

• Support the installation of new security and fire alarm equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair security and fire alarm control panels, system components, and related electrical circuits.
• Conduct system inspections to identify potential failures and ensure reliable operation.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards, including NEC and NFPA 72, as related to low-voltage system wiring.
• Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance during field service visits and troubleshooting requests.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

• Systems Technician (D) or Journeyman Electrician (B) license.
• Proven experience working in the electrical or low-voltage systems industry.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to work safely around complex electrical installations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to implement effective solutions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear documentation and effective collaboration with team members.
