* * Responsibilities
* * Diagnose, service, and repair residential and plumbing systems.

* Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping, and filtration systems.

* Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

* Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify issues and provide clear solutions to customers.

* Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and basic plans.

* Experience with boilers, radiant systems, or hydronic controls is a plus but not required.

* Requirements
* * Valid MA driver's license with a clean record

* Current MA Master or Journeyman Plumbing License

* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with the team

* Team-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills
