Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems including oil burners, gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, and more.
• Perform maintenance and system tune‑ups to prevent breakdowns and maximize performance.
• Install replacement parts and ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Operate independently with the support of a dispatch and service team.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with generous compensation.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
  , including heating and cooling systems. Oil system experience is a big plus.
• EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle the physical demands of the role.
• Desire to represent a respected, community‑oriented company.
