Spray Foam InstallerETS Staffing

Our client is a residential and commercial insulation company, and they want you to join their team as a Spray Foam Installer.

• Prepare job sites by masking, setting up ventilation, and ensuring all surfaces are ready for application
• Operate spray foam equipment, mix and calibrate materials, and apply open- and closed-cell foam
• Trim excess foam, seal gaps, and complete touch-ups to ensure uniform and complete insulation coverage
• Perform pre- and post-application inspections to verify adhesion, coverage, and curing quality
• Maintain and clean spray rigs, tools, and vehicles to ensure readiness for each job

• Experience in construction or the trades with strong job tenure
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the main shop (transport to job sites provided)
• Some insulation experience preferred, cellulose is a plus
• Ability to work in hot, enclosed environments while using respirators and PPE
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when working on residential and commercial job sites
